I think music has a great effect on us and can set the mood for many things. There are times that I don’t think it has as much to do with the words as it does with the beat. For instance, rock music makes you want to maush or go wild while many times rap music makes you want to make out with your girlfriend/boyfriend! That would mean it doesn’t matter whether there are Christian lyrics or not, the beats can effect us negatively. At the same time, beat and music can worship our creator and show the imagination He has put inside each of us.
